I know that you are frustrated with school and are probably having trouble with the subjects and feel you can't be successful so why bother trying. However, don't give up on yourself. Do the best that you can. Try to stay out of IS. It isn't going to help you in the long run. If you are in a school where the staff act like they don't care it can be really hard. Don't let them have the satisfaction of labeling you a trouble maker. Just because you have had problems in the past doesn't mean that you can't start trying to do better from this day forward. Don't allow yourself to lose out on this valuable time for education. It will go by quickly and you will need it. Whatever your dreams are , whatever your hopes may be. There is always a way to follow them but you must follow the rules even if they don't seem fair or justified. That is the way life is. All of those people at school aren't going to take care of you in the future. ONLY YOU CAN TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. If you will not be your own best friend then who will?
Ignore people like Karl who say stupid things to make you mad. You don't have to dress to impress anyone but yourself as long as your clothes are clean and are acceptable for dress code in your school. The Dean or Principal is usually the one who recommends the discipline for behavior in a school but the teachers that are appointed are extensions of his enforcement of the rules set by your county and school superintendent. That being said, remember that whether you like them or not; You are giving them a tool to use against you every time that you misbehave. Have more pride in yourself. No one is going to give you an award for mouthing off and failing. Good Luck to you and I hope that you will take these words of mine to heart.

I do not know the laws in your state governing schools, but I'm sure that is right whether it is a state law or board approved local policy.
As to your other question, when the dean says she likes you that means as a person and student, not in the way I think you would like it to be. Any relationship other than that would be career ending for her and a great embarrassment to you. you need to try to see her as an elder and not a peer.
It is not uncommon to fall for a teacher, but it is not something you want to pursue, find a girl your own age and who is still in school.
I don't want to see you get into anymore trouble.
Wish you well!

You have all kinds of problems don't you? You just wrote a question about if it was OK to make fun of a girl because she was over weight and didn't wear nice clothes and how you had to make fun of her because your "boy" did it also. You're the one everyone wants to be like so you didn't want to disappoint them. Keep it up and you won't be in school anyway so your problem will be solved.
It's your school. Don't you know the rules?

If you don't learn your lesson in IS then you deserve to be suspended. Stop talking and straighten up!

Isn't it about time to grow up and straighten up your act? You're not going to get anywhere in life if you don't have any idea of how to behave yourself.

If you were dressed the way your picture looks, you probably got suspended for dressing like a stupid fool.
