I think that this quote (from whom? if it's from you, then it is not a quote unless it is in a book that is already published) needs to be changed a lot, helped to evolve or even eliminated...

It's almost the mean theme of the book I am reading now - The Red Queen by Matt Ridley. I agree with one of the comments, it's quite good but need a little construction revision.

The phrase "elimination if necessary" is inflammatory at best. It is potentially dangerous as justification for genocide.

i like it!!!!!!!
hey my dad once wrote something like that. he was doing a safety report or something and at the end he added something like ''yes safety needs to be improved but not neccesaryly enough to impede evolution'' (maybe instead of evolution he put in natural selection but it all amount to the same thing)
