because they are hurt especially if they were in a relationship for many years and also if kids are involved.its very hard sometimes to let go from a relationship especially if you truly loved that person,its easy for some people because they didn't really love that person.

If it has been a long relationship then its like losing somebody close. Its the end for them and is especially hard for the breakee.

because it hurts. especially if it was a long term relationship that you have investest a lot of your feelings and time in. no one really wants to loose someone that they care about.
