What will be the exact course of this, i have move to one physician to the other but still no cure to it. Ever since i was born at the age of 5years the was some symthoms i told by my parents that it will disappear.I am 33years now they are still there very visible as compaered to my childhood days. It is really at times unpleasant but i just have to go around with it. Dermatologist say it may be lacking of vitamine (A) while some say my red blood cell may be distroy.Please help me out to defeat this fungil.I am a mal.

You mentioned sunburn but I have to wonder if you might have rosacea. This condition usually affects only the face and the symptoms are redness and pimples. After years of having it, your skin can get thick. Usually, it only affects adults but there are always exceptions. I would see another dermatologist...get another opinion. When you do, ask if it is possible that you have rosacea (pronounced ro-sa-sha).
Does it get worse when you take hot showers, exercise, eat spicy food, or are out in the sun? That is typical of rosacea.
The cause is unknown and there is no cure but it can be controlled. You would need a prescription for an antibiotic cream to apply to the face and you would have to apply it the rest of your life...IF you have rosacea. I am not a doctor, just a nurse, and I am only wondering if this is your problem based on the description you gave above. When I read it, rosacea was the first thing that came to mind.
Please see the dermatologist again. In the meantime, go to the link I posted here and read about it. If you'd like, even print it off and take it to the dermatologist. He will then be able to tell you if it is what you are dealing with.
