Well, you are posting this on the gambling board, which I take to mean you don't think you can win enough by gambling to acquire some beachfront property. Now that is admirable - I don't know many gamblers who are that objective about their chances. :)

Are you referring to the one you already had or the one who are dreaming of having?
If you dream you can, if you have well you can still dream bigger and contribute even further to the materialistic society we currently live in.
Start with a nice small condo and get used to less which in turn makes you feel like you have more.
More time to enjoy life, more space to think, more is the new less.
Just think about enjoying your life and stop worrying about acquiring material wealth.
