Age and maturity. If you are young it is most likely a crush.
Love lasts longer and you love someone you know, who you have spent the time to get to know.
Crush is normally physical and short term, and sometimes over a person you haven't really spoken to.
Best idea is give it time before you do anything and see if the feeling changes
