Can anyone lend some information about biogas in India and the general way biogas works as a power source etc

I think what u are saying is in reality sewer gas . Sewer gas can be treated to remove the unwanted gas like CO2 etc. Now it can be used as fuel . There is a plant in Italy that does that. There is a similar plant near Ft. Stockton Tx .
