No carbs is hard work. Wrap a salmon fillet in a foil parcel (with enough room for steam to develop) with lemon juice, a slice of lemon, soy sauce, sliced spring onions and sliced ginger. Place in hot oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve with broccolli with lemon juice and black pepper and tinned asparagus.

Or, Grill tuna steaks with chilli and corriander and serve with salad

Or, stuff chicken breasts with low fat cream cheese and wrap in procciuttio. Bake for 40 minutes and serve with wilted spinach and a tomato sauce (wizz canned tomatoes, some sauted garlic and onion in a blender)

Good luck x

OMG You can't cut out all carbs from your diet. Your body actually needs them. It's the amount you eat that you have to watch!

Salads, are pretty much the only thing that don't have carbs in it.
Thank God you can make more then jsut one type of salad!

Shred up some lettuce, and add some carrot and raw cabbage slices, tomatoes, cheese(which isn't unhealthy, contrary to popular belief. Only if you use an entire bag or block on one salad, THEN it's unhealthy!), some ham or chicken, or whatever type of meat you like, and instead of putting the dressing directly on the salad, put some in a bowl, on the side. Dip the salad, dunk the dressing, then dip the salad again. You get the same taste, but without as much dressing.
You can add some raw spinach to the salad too. It's really good, and real healthy for you. It doesn't taste anything like the cooked spinach, I promise LOL!!

Whenever you go the store(or market), look at the labels. See what you're buying has in it. Usually, fresh fruits and veggies don't really have any carbs, or cholesterol, or bad fat, or any of that other garbage in them. So those are pretty good to eat.

If you're worried about losing weight, grapefruits can actually help. They're healthy for you, and they don't usually taste very good, but if you get the kind that are kinda orange, instead of a little yellow, they a little sweeter, and more managable to eat.

The link below has some good healthy meals. And you don't have to starve yourself either! Hope I helped!!

There is no one single Paleo Diet, as our ancestors from all over the world ate dramatically different diets depending on the climate where they lived, their landscape, accessibility to water bodies, and the latitude that they lived. This is a detailed meal plan for the paleo diet https://tr.im/WREON

In some cases, a Paleo Diet may be 90% plant foods and 10% animal foods, and in other cases, a Paleo Diet may be 90% animal foods and 10% plant foods.

For example, our ancestors that lived near the equator had year long access to more plant materials such as root vegetables and various fruits, veggies, and nuts.

On the other hand, our ancestors that lived at higher latitudes further away from the equator only had access to fruits and vegetables seasonally at one specific time period per year, and had larger periods of the year where they ate a higher % of meats, organ meats, fish, and other animal-based foods, or fermented foods that could be stored for winter.
