if there's a bad smell even when you use shampoos, then it's likely you have an infection. Possibly lice or something worse...
The first thing you should do is ask about it when you see your doctor. Do that as soon as possible!
Then, if the doctor says you're fine, use lemon juice like someone else already said.
Really, though, if you haven't had this smell your whole life, then it's probably a problem you should see your doctor about!

that's because you haven't found what works for you...check out www.sebastian.com, it is the top of the line....they have many many products to choose from. When washing your hair, use one half of an ounce of shampoo, mixed with 16 ounces of warm water, shake it up good, rub gently into wet hair and once it lathers up, leave it in for 10 minutes to float out the dirt and dust, rinse very well with cool water, and rinse some more, repeat process first time you do this, next, towel dry good and use about a half a dimes worth of Potion 9, this is a leave in conditioner, they have other product you can apply after that, and do wash every other day at least...some times the better salons sell this product, you could call around first....most people don't offer this product because after you use this you'll never buy anything else....good luck...

Regular shampooing will keep odor at bay. If you have an odor after shampooing, it's not the hair but probably an indication of a skin condition that needs medical attention. See your doctor for a referral to a dermatologist.

The sewer scent would in simple terms be from straightening the hair. at times i have been round human beings, and there hair fantastically a lot smelt burnt from straightening it. or per chance it truly is a hair product she makes use of? She ought to apply diverse products with extra ideal smells or in simple terms hairspray.

You need to go see a doctor immediately. That could be something much worse than just a hair smell.

Depends on what's causing it. You can try lemon juice or tomato sauce, but be careful not to get them in your eyes. For either one, let it sit in hair for 10 minutes or so, then rinse, shampoo and rinse.
