No, we are not prophets of the Lord, merely His followers.
We shouldn't WANT to curse anyone to begin with. We are all wretched sinners.

Cursing people is part of the old covenant that God would bless the people that bless you and curse the people who would curse you right here on earth now! However, we have a new covenant with God and it teaches us to endure persecution rather than seek to counterstrike it.
bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. -Luke 6:28
Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. -Romans 12:14
We work hard with our own hands. When we are cursed, we bless; when we are persecuted, we endure it -1 Corinthians 4:12

Depends on what the 'cursee' believes. Careful though, curses have been known to backfire and return to the one who originated it.

I would leave the cursing to God. I'm told to love my neighbor. Even more if he doesn't love me. If he steals from me, I'm to give him more. I ask for forgivness when I curse my neighbor. Thats what it says to do in the Bible.

The Bible has curses as well as blessings. Read Psalm 109 and see what you think it is.

no christian should never curse others that would not be very CHRIST LIKE would it when he said love thy enemy forgive those whom curse you sounds like you need to read the new testement before you skip to the old learn to follow CHRIST FIRST
