I haven't reported in about 5 mos. and im scared that its going to be revoked. I have been living in another town(not hiding), but spend plenty of time in town where probation is. I haven't been running or hiding, I've been working and looking for my daughter. I guess I should just call my P.O. and talk to him go report and take whats comming to me.

yues if u are on probation, u should at least report once a month, or how ever much time they say u should report, its good ur looking for ur daughter, it shows u are not a dead beat dad/mom....good for u, but for your daughters sake, report when they say u should, cause u wont do ur daughter any good, if u are locked up

Your probation is a sentence. You must report to fulfill that sentence. I know someone who works 2 jobs and lives and works 100 mi.+ from where he meets with his P.O., but every month he makes it on time for every meeting. I'm sorry but there are no good excuses for you not meeting with your P.O. If you knew were going to have issues meeting with him, you should have called him first. Now the court is going to think you just don't care. Take some responsibility next time. You aren't going to be any good to your daughter in jail or prison. Think about it.

Did yo think that they were kidding when they explained the stipulations of your probation to you? Get in there soon at take what ever you might have coming to you, and pray that probation is still an option for you. You need to smarten up, or you're headed for a stretch!!!

This is NOT a tough question but one with a very simple response. Call your PO!!!! The longer you wait, the more problems you incur. Probation Officers are human and understand issues that complicate our lives. If you explain yourself to them, they WILL get you back on the right track! Best wishes to you!

That is a tough one, and if what you say is true, then I feel for you. Yes, call your P.O. and get it over with. If you are even stopped for a motor violation, you won't get the chance to try to straighten this out. Best of luck to you.
