ive been trying to get the billy blanks workout sets to start on. The new elite sets are so expensive, can someone tell me if its worth to get the newest greatest set or just get the one from 2005? Or if at all possible is someone done with theres and willing to get rid of it or sell it for a reasonable price? (i checked ebay, they are more expensive then the stores)

Just get the 2005. If you really enjoy them then you can save up and spend the money on the newer one's.

I have been doing Taebo for seven years now. It is worth the price. I got the most recent boot camp set from a catalog called Fingerhut. Also Billy has a website Taebo.com In all actuality his program is the cheapest compared to a fitness club membership and those worthless machines. Sorry I won't ever sell my Billy tapes I love him.

Why not Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

If I were you, I'll better learn cardio martial arts,
Pilates,Kickboxing, etc. Not only they are newer concept and more complete but also more beneficial in the long run.
Taebo is very 90's!Pilates is the intelligent and effective workout of the century!I hope you think
100times before you buy any workout set.
