so if i jog in place for 2o minutes and do sit ups and crunches daily and eat healthy, how long will it take to see results??

You'll probably see them in 4-5 days. Different for everyone though.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

U will always see the results in feeling of well being within one week.

It depends on how many calories you eat, how tall you are and how much you weigh, at what intensity you're exercising at, and how fast your metabolism is. If you eat between 1,200-1,600 calories a day, you might be able to lose a lb. or 2 a week.

you cant ask a question like that without more details. everyone is different, some people can loose 6 pounds in 3 days just by portion contorl...give more details
