Well since there are no records of Jesus growing up as a child you can not say yes or no. People take the bible too literally for what it says. I could never figure out how someone now could write about what Christopher Columbus said and did, even from our modern records.

No, Jesus never lied and He never sinned, this is what made Him a true sacrifice for all sins. Jesus was a Lamb without Blemish or Defect.
A study into the sin sacrifices shows a person could not offer a Blemished animal, it had to be as perfect as possiable. I tell people to go to the State Fair and look at the Animals they have for Show. These are examples of animals that would have been used long ago for sacrifice.

No, Jesus never lied. He is the perfect Son of God. That was the only thing different about Him from others born into this world.

there is very little info recorded on the growing days of Jesus, but I suspect that since he is God and that he was preaching and teaching groups of adult males in the temple at age 15 (I heard it was 11), that he was a normal child, and that his mother reprimanded him like mothers do..
I haven't read thru it, and don't know if this is an authentic site or not, but it tells about Jesus' early years: http://www.truthbook.com/firstpage.cfm?linkID=660

The official line is that Jesus never committed a sin. He was subject to temptation as a Man, but never succumbed.
Now, that having been said, you have to wonder why we have so little detail about all His developmental years. Did he steal a cookie now and again?
This is the kind of question that theologians could debate for 1,000 years in the mountains of Greece and never come to consensus.

People lie for some reason (even a highly subjective one). What reason had He??
TO THAT THUMB-DOWN VOTER:
Shall I understand you lie for no reason? That's pathological, man, seek for qualified care!
