i got problem with my face, acne and my face aura is death, how to handle this kind of problem, what masker , food, actvity, should i do, by the way i stress easily, insomnia, and live in tropical place

Don't put yourself down!!!! You are not alone is your feelings!!!
And.... there is HELP and HOPE for you!!!
I know that this is a social issue , but it probably is MORE noticeable to you than others! It is all in your own perception and attitude!!!
There are thousands of other people feeling the same way you do about their acne!!!
Watch your diet...reduce your fatty intake (ie fried foods and junk foods!) drink plenty of water and juices...avoid sugary drinks....avoid chocolate, snack on crispy crunchy fresh veggies...a stay away from all processed foods when possible.
Feel good about yourself, so you can keep your stress level down to avoid breakouts...

Use Proactive!! Go to their website. It is expensive, but it lasts a long time and it WORKS!!! I've had acne all of my life and it kept me from enjoying life. I never had a boyfriend in high school and stayed home to avoid being made fun of. I'm 35 now and I still have it. But Proactive works. I wish they would have had it when I was growing up! It's worth the price!! (about $70 for a month's supply but if you are a regular customer, they offer you tremendous discounts and specials) God made you in his likeness!!! Try it though, it will change your life.
