i'm using firefox currently.

i'm not able to reinstall IE 6 ! When i run the setup file, it says "setup was unable to install all components,pls close all app. and try running setup again". I tried closing all app. and tried to reinstall but again and again it is prompting to close all other app. I tried restarting but din work. Pls help me resolve the problem without the need to reinstall windows. THANKS!

If IE5 is still on the microsoft site, install that and then perform an update. IE5 was more native to Windows 98, so that should circumvent your component problem

Try to reintall IE if you can. If that dosen't work you could reinsall the OS

reinstall ie6 again.
