yeah, the waist and hips are a GREAT place for the body to store fat. It's not in the way, and it hangs on the waist, above the legs, so it doesn't hurt your back.

So your body wants to put extra pounds there. To get rid of the extra pounds, eat a healthy diet full of fruits, vegetables and whole grains, and low in empty calories (sugars and fats, that have no vitamins). Try to find some kind of exercise you enjoy.

Plus, to target that area in particular, do this exercise. Stand up and put your fists next to your ears. Bend as far over to one side as possible, and then straighten up. This stretches and tones the side muscles.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

You have to exercise your obliques. Those are the muscles from directly under your rib cage on each side of your body down to your upper pelvis. Usually if you get on the ground like your going to do a crunch but twist your hips to the left or the right depending on what side you want to work out and do a crunch like that. That tends to work for me.

Eating less and excersiing more. If you excersise the muscles in the love handle area they will grow and even when you have lost the weight they will bulge.

i agree Keebler! You need to really loose fat all around by dieting and exercise. It does no Good to work just your stomach.

Stop eating.

Take a weight lifting bar and put it on your shoulders and spin until you can't.

dont exercise, just puke, it works. or just starve yourself untill you get skinny , if your a fat ***, go anorexic
