Restrain the cat by wrapping its whole body - paws, legs especially - in a towel. Only its head should be visible. When it is all bundled up, sit down with it on your lap with its face pointing away from you. Hold it with one arm around. With your other hand, maneuver the dropper to just above the eye you need to treat. Usually when the cat knows struggling is futile (as when its all bundled up - it becomes resigned to whatever needs to be done - as long as it isn't painful.

Are these eye drops hurting her or burning her? tyr to open her eye gently and put it in the eye in the rear corner, have someone there to get the cats attention so it will look the direction and the ee will go in that direction and then drop it from a touch away. One at a time, and see if she reacts in pain. They are smart, they know when that medicine is coming, gotta fool her and not let her see or hear you get it. IYou may have to ask a vet how to. It is only vet prescribed isn't it? Our eyedrops have bleach in it and will cause pain and blindness. I hope I did not offend you.

I hope you got the eye drop from the vet...

The way I do it is that I kneel down on the floor and hold him between my thighs, with my hand under his chin to lift up his head towards me. I keep the bottle behind his head so that he cannot see it coming.
I speak gently to him to calm him down. Even so... my cat does not really fight me... it is still a job to accurately get the drop in his eye... because as soon as he see the bottle... he tries to move his head away.
