why there is no Arabic support in yahoo??

It's either -
1. Language support. Arabic is written right-to-left and maybe they don't want to take the time to implement that in their stylesheets or anything.

2. Marketing, they don't feel there's a big enough market there. It seems there are a lot of arab-only portals and media outlets, maybe they feel the market is saturated.

You should not bother yourself about the Arab people. The do not know English language
