if you no what you are doing you can have any body but to make them fall in love with you you have to have something spousal in you

The answer to both is you don't.
Love will happen if it happens (stop worrying so much about it most people go through life only being in love once or twice)
You have to trust that he likes you if he says it. No reading minds or actions.
