Eat a banana! The potassium content is high 602mg! This will help with the soreness. Also it contains 2 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber. A bath and rubbing on a sports muscle cream in the worst areas will help immediately. The biggest key is drink a lot of watter. You muscles are sore because they are trying to repair themselves from tiny tears

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Take a hot bath/shower, some ibuprofen, and drink a lot of water. I would definitely at least do some walking on and off all day if possible. Just try to keep moving to keep the muscles loosened up.

It is as important to stretch after working out than before. It may sound weird but it works.
