is it better to say what you feel or think and deal the consequences ? or stay trapped inside until these thoughts and/ or feelings go away

It is better to day what you feel. If you dont, the feeling will stay. The feeling wil never go. It wil become a trauma. Every time you hear someone speak about this topic, you wil go back (mind/memory) in the past and this feeling wil come back because you never deal with it. So just say what you feel and deal with the consicuences.
And when your older, you won't have the guilt of "what would have happend if i did say it". "wold my life be diffirent" "would the person have reacted the way i would have expected".
So just say it and see what happend. Remember the truth hurst, so you dont know infront what wil happend. Dont judge the other person judgement, just do it and see what happends, you might be surprise.

it acutaly depends if it something that you know that might happen if u tell that person then you better tell them and plus you should say stuff that's is trapped within you because it will feel better when it off your chest. But if it a rumor u shouldn't say anything because u don't know if it true or not

It is always better for your own mental well being to speak what you feel!
Just remember to not make things "personal" keep your comments to "how you feel"...do not attack the (other) person's character or make belittling remarks. It is just for clarification of the situation. It is never better to just "stew"...that can only escalate the situation!
Be polite, tactful, and choose words carefully...
After you have verbalized how you feel...give the other person a chance to speak while YOU listen...this is called "open" communication...keep it civil!

i honeslty think is better to say it. if they are bad feeling say it carefuly and if they are good then there's no problem. i hate keeping things inside makes me feel like im gonna explode so i have to get it out of my system. just becareful what is it u wana say and how ur gonna say it.
