Hey people, well my problem is quiet straight forward but quiet complicating as well, i just need to desperately gain weight, i know everyone will tell me to EAT HIGH! fatttening foods, but trust me i eat chips n chicken plus cokes n milk at night... and.. name it all but... I cry myself to sleep most nights, but i cant even tell anyone, i eat alot n am only a size 8!! with skinny legs which are too bonny(i dont know wat to do about them as i never wear any skirts, coz i get too ashamed)!, somebody please tell me what medicine that u think would be suitable as am 17 years & in sixth form and all my friends a are above size 10 atleast, pls i need answers as soon as possible, coz i need to start plunging in the weight! ok? Thankyou.

Have you seen a doctor?
I know you are probably sick of hearing from people 'I wish I had your problem!!!', but it could be a medical problem that needs to be checked out (Do a search on the net so you can go armed with possibilities for the doctor to check), but if there is no medical reason then Sustagen Hospital Grade which is like a milkshake supplement that is given to cancer sufferers when they cannot stomach anything else, is wonderful. Just ask at your local chemist and they should be able to point you in the right direction.

just eat healthy and live an active lifestyle - your friends are probably jealous of YOU! Trust me! If you do plenty of sports then you will build up toned muscle and improve your apetite. Plus doing exercise will even improve your confidence as it realeases "feel good" hormones.
Dont eat all that junk food coz even if your skinny u can still get high colestoral in your blood stream which aint good! You sound like one of those lucky people that just has a high metabolism. Make the most of it while you can coz things can change as you get older!
Basically eat well, stay active and chill out and have some fun :)

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Hi, There is nothing to be ashamed about if you have a very high metabolism. Please go to a Doctor or specialist in the field of diet for advice too. You could have a thyroid issue. I am wondering how tall you are too. Again, I wouldn't feel embarrassed about your condition. You might get comments about how others would love to have this condition. Try not to let that upset you. Only you know what you are going through. My best to you.

Wish i had YOUR problem, lol....seriously, when i was younger, i had this problem. If your legs are too boney, you need to work out....walk, leg lunges, etc., there are all kinds of things you can do to build muscle. While you apparently need to add calories to your diet, you need to add them wisely, and not with junk food. That will only make you UNHEALTHY...and truly, if you don't have your health, you have nothing. Add some protein to your diet, you can also get mixes at general nutrition for weight gain. Adding olive oil will also give you calories, and beneficial "goodies" for your body.

Eat late at night, A Waffle House Hamburger at midnight!!!

Every night for a couple of weeks!!! That should do it.

Do what I do, eat a 200g block of cheddar cheese a day, along with pretzels, chips and waffles, then have lunch and dinner.
