No. The '69 & '70 'Stangs are the same body & dimensions, whereas the '71 & '72 are the larger - actually the largest of the Mustangs ever built & the back seat from an earlier 'Stang would fit like a prick in a shirt sleeve.

the body styles are different ,but i think the backseats are close .take a measurement.
