Removing hair tracks?

Question

What's the best way to remove tracks from your hair with the glue in it without taking out your own hair?

My hair is in a wrap and the tracks are glued around my wrap.

I use oil sheen to make it slip out easier, or u can wash it with luke warm water to make the glue softer so it wont pull out as much hair. If u do these it will be alot easier than just pulling it out.
