Hes 41 and Im 24. He also about 6'4'' and Im only 5'0...But I always see him staring at me when Im not looking. Hes alsouses a very soft voice around me when he talks to me. He talks very confidently to others but not with me.

Maybe - maybe not - a lot of men often take on a fatherly attitude when there are younger girls around - the fact that you are quite small next to him - and there is a significant age difference could indicate that the soft voice he uses is more of a peer fatherly type persona than that of a man that is flirting.
Maybe hes interested - no one knows! xx

Even if he does he's married, he is some womans husband. Maybe he does have a crush on you, being married doesn't stop people having feelings like that but don't encourage him and he'll get over it.
