Does anyone have any ideas for a fiancee's birthday present of the "well thought out" kind?

To be honest I'm pretty good at giving presents but after 6 years I'm starting to run out of ideas.

Book a weekend away without her knowing. Even pack her bag, but remember to take everyting shell need or shell be mad, after 6 years you should know. Dont tell her a thing just put her in the car (or bus) and drive of. If money is an issue book just one day in a hotel. The excitement of no knowing is the best.
