Do you apply for a visa first then find a job or the other way round?

What can't you stand about Americans? I mean there are bad people everywhere and there should be good people too. However, what percular trait that you find in Americans that you can't stand?

Find a job. You need a sponsor for a visa. Good options are multi-nationals because they have lots of experience and may know how to expedite the process.

Just enter the US on a tourist visa and get work illegally. Theres millions of people who do this. I know plenty of people who have did this. To get a permanent visa legally is near impossible. Personally I wouldn't live in America if I was paid because I can't stand Americans. Most Americans are arrogant, look down on foreigners and think the world ends at their country's border

You find a job first because the employer has to sponsor your visa.
