Apedex are not a wise choice. It is just a form of amphetamine.
This is why your appetite becomes surpressed. Most find themselves a lot more energetic as well.
This is another effect of "speed", the common name for amphetamines.
I would not recommend taking them if you care about your health.
They can also be addictive and cause a type of phsycosis. If you have high blood pressure they could kill.
The weight will go back on as soon as you stop taking them.
What you need to do is change your eating plan and aim to loose weight slowly but consistantly.
Don't attempt wonder diets, its a lifestyle change you need.
You can't stay on a restrictive diet forever.
You can get an reduction eating plan from your Doctor.He/she can do a Body Mass Index for you which will tell you your ideal weight and height for your structure and age.
Its good to let Doctor know you are undertaking a lifestyle change.
Begin execising and do aerobics.Increase the amount of exercise as you feel able, but be a bit tough on yourself.
This is for you and you can do it.
Eat fresh fruit and lots of leafy vedgetables also increase your water intake. As you are putting your body under stress with extra exercise
You will loose weight have more energy and feel and look a whole lot better.
Try and get a friend to go jogging with you in the morning before work.
Forget pills, gum and miracle cures, they only do one thing make peoples wallets thinner.
And you will maybe end up fatter.

Adepex is for people needing to lose excessive weight, not for a casual dieter. If you are obese than your doctor may talk to you about taking them.. As with any diet plan though you still need to exercise and eat healthier.
If you end up with a healthy regimen or diet and exercise while on the meds than you have a much greater chance of keeping the weight off and maintaining the healthy lifestyle after you stop taking them.
Talk to your doctor and a nutritionist before taking any medicines. There are many side effects and it not right for everyone.
Good Luck to you :)

Adepex helps you lose weight, but as soon as you stop taking them the weight comes right back, plus they aren't good for your heart. It makes your heart speed up. Talk to your doctor before taking anything.

All such medicines are effective only when u reduce ur intake of food and increase ur activity level.
Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.
