I like to lift weights to tone my upper body. I noticed in the past that the more I lifted, my boobs shrank b/c the muscles behind them were firm. :-( I'm quite fond of my chest and I don't want to lose them! I know the muscles are all kinda inter-related, but I really only want to work on my biceps, triceps, shoulders and back. Please let me know if there are any exercises that will do this. Thank you!

It would have helped if you told us your cup size. If you do any kind of bench press, your chest muscles will get bigger. When you do triceps or biceps, lean forward (but not too much, don't put your back into it) so the stress is isolated on those muscles, and your chest is not helping. Also do exercises called hip abduction and hip adduction (ask a trainer at your gym, they have a special machine for it) and that will emphasize the difference between your hips, stomach, and chest.

i dont think it is because of the more firm muscle that your boobs shrank, or looked like they were shrinking, it is probably that you were burning off more fat.
