It is something like unspoken word, moment lost, deed undone. Where the heck did it come from???

I thought it was a word spoken in anger, a moment lost, and a deed undone.

But maybe I'm thinking of a different quote (and no, it wasn't in the Bible)

I don't know who said it, but it is one of those inspirational quotes people like to send in emails and fill up you in box with.
