You probably signed a contract, right? GOOD LUCK! Bally's is NOTORIOUS for telling people it's no problem to cancel their membership, but once they sign that contract, there's no way out. My 20 year old brother signed a 3 YEAR contract for Bally's and he doesn't have time to go anymore with school and work, but they won't let him cancel unless he pays it ALL up front. Sorry hun, but you're stuck until the contract runs out. You have to pay either way, so I would keep the membership active in case you ever feel like going.

Please Be carefull with Ballys..i signed a contract with them back in 1999. They said I could cancell my contract if you moved 25 miles from the closest Bally..which I did about a year later. They asked for a copy of my lease at my new apt and 2 utility bills, I faxed it over to their corporate office and I assumed that was it. I called and they said they received my fax and my contract was cancelled. Do you know 2 years later Bally showed up on my credit report as a bad debt collection for $2500!! The will screw you if you let them...Im still fight to this day to get Ballys off my credit report...

U ask the organisation.
Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

ask your fitness member about the options of cancelling your membership. thats what i did mine. I have 12 month contract but i had to cancel it after only had gone for 3 months. I had to pay the reminding monthes. damned contract!!!
or you can even advertise someone to take over your account. just change their details...and they can continue to use your memebership but under their personal information
