Your question is confusing, but I'll take a stab at what I think your asking. By nature, we are all selfish and only look out for our own interest and those we love. You must be trained (nutured) to care about other peoples problems. God wants us to love each other so our natural tendencies would be against God's desires. By His love we can over come that nature.
