Primary education is Primary school... usually Kindergarten up through 5th grade in the USA...

Secondary school is usually 9th through 12 grade or called High School (some secondary teacher certifications say 8th through 12th grade)..

6th, 7th, and 8th grade are usually considered Middle school or Jr High.
