hi am a 17 year old gurl , and hav a bf ..he is really caring and very gud ,, he loves me a lot , is alwyas there when i want him ..he is in merchent navy ... its been ages since we met each other , since past few years i hav changed a lot like ..i am nt beautiful i grew fat , and gained weight. i knw he loves me for the person i am ,but i think he deserve a beautiful gf , and nt me ( a fat girl friend) , he wants to visit me in april , i love him a lot and want to regain my figure . plssss tell me hw to do that ......plssssssss doooo help i knw this ques is stupid ........but plssss do help .

Don't be so hard on yourself of course this guy deserves you but if you really want to get that weight off i suggest you try portion sizes (not where you are starving yourself though) and exercise. Do not take any pills or go or a crash diet or anything. This will take some time but your bf will still love you for the girl you really are forever. Good luck! :)

If you wish to regain your figure then you must exercise and watch what you eat and drink a lot of water. First, I would tell you to exercise every morning by first doing stretching exercises to the point you are able. Then go walk at least a mile the first day. Do this every other day for the first two weeks. Every day drink at least 4 to 6 glasses of water and more if you can. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and whole grain cereals. Restrict the amount of meat you eat. Do not eat any large portions of anything. Do not go out to eat because you will only be tempted to eat what you should not eat. Stay away from cakes, pies, cookies, and doughnuts. Stay away from sugar and soft drinks. Drink bottled water or water from the tap. Every two weeks increase the length of distance you walk to at least 1/2 mile and as you start to lose weight pick up the pace at which you walk until you get to the point you can walk at a brisk pace for the entire length of the walk. As you gain stamina start jogging slowly and try to keep a steady pace. Keep doing this until you reach the weight you think looks good on you and until you have regained your lost figure. Another thing you can do is to do the exercises every morning with Denise Austin who has a program every morning on some cable channels if you have cable TV. If not then get some of her tapes. She is a good one to follow if you want to lose weight. Why do I say all this? I did just what I am telling you and I keep it up every week and I lost over 60 pounds in 3 months and I have gone from 225 to 161 in 6 months and I can eat just about anything I wish but I still watch what I eat and how much I eat.

Well it's time to diet!!! A quick way to take off the pounds is to count fat grams and not calories or carbs. Keep your fat intake below 20 grams a day. That means no butter or mayonaise. Absolutely no fried foods. Read the sides of all food containers and count the fat grams. Walk at least 3 miles a day rain or shine. You're only 17 and the pounds will melt right off. Now after you've started to drop the pounds go get yourself a new hairdo so you feel better about yourself and go shopping!!

Pay attention to the food you eat, both in terms of quantity and quality.

Do plenty of exercise several times a week.

Don't overdo it though. You can only lose a certain amount of weight in a short period of time. You have abotu 3 months so you can expect to lose some 6 to 10kgs in a healthy way.

You could also try and inform him that you've gain some weight so that he knows whata he'll find when he's back.

I wouldn't want a fat girlfirend but if she tried doing something about it I would be more than willing to help her reach her target weight.

Dear Sweetypie,do not worry you have time to start an exercise programme to help control your weight problem,try eating lower fat foods,cut out excess cakes biscuts, sweets .Drink fresh cool water as this rids the body of toxins and poisins that can bloat the body ,try to think positively about yourself image.All is not lost,go to a health club they could guide you on nutrition and daily exercise, failing that research on the web for information.Who else would he want he loves you not a fantasy figure just be yourself the person he loves .Lindsay

Changing small things in your diet can make a huge difference. Try porraige in the mornings instead of toast it'll keep you going right thru the morning witout snacking. Substitute bars n sweets wit sweet fruits such as apples n raisins. Also try eatin 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. Loadsa fresh fish in your diet works wonders too. Walk some of the places you would usually drive to or bus to. These small changes make a big diff. Plenty of exercise. Good luck chick's!! x x ps don't listen to Rayne bout not eating breakfast. Its been proved that ppl who skip breakfast are bigger than ppl who do x x

don't try harsh diet methods. it's not good for ur health. Do exercise and don't eat breakfast and cut down the amount of food u eat but not too much. i hope this helps. i've used this method before and lost a lot of weight in a week time. Good luck

urm ....did u guys try exchanging pics ? did u try telling him uve like kinda change ? Asking if he mind n will still luv u n stuff ? in the meanwhile the only answer ( n giving u a peace in mind ) is to excerise . yes only that will help !!!! ...dont have a super diet thou coz then it will only rebounce once you r no longer on diet . But watch wut you eat and simply run for abt an hr every other day n i promise b4 u meet him u'll at least slim down a lil !!! gd luck !

Running for 1 hour, sit ups, crouches,long walks, water, low fat food, and relax dont be stressed
