-If they go out of there way to talk to you
-If everytime you see them they smile or wave etc [excited to see you]
-If they make effort to get along with your friends
-If they try to make you laugh & etc.
There is alot more clues to tell if someone likes you,
Most of the time you can just tell,
But i would use your gut feeling, if you feel like they like you then
they probably do.
unless they are just a giant flirt, or player or whatever etc.
then it is hard to tell if they are for real or just being themselves.

Only when they tell you with plain words. Anyone who leaves serious feelings up to interpretation and guesswork are probably not even sure of their own feelings or they are a coward. Either way, only plain speech will give you the right answer.
Sometimes a friendly smile is just a friendly smile...no matter HOW MUCH we want it to be flirting.

When you are talking about your personal life and he seems that he doesn't want to hear about it, or he is always negative about your relationships!
There are other signs too, but these are the certain ones!
