The sales in Paris started January 10th, and last until February 17. There are very few stores who don't stick with the schedule. Depending on what you want, you still have plenty of time! Good luck, hope you find what you're looking for!

Many famous brands (e.g., Louis Vuitton) do not have sales, while some others do. Hermes is in the "does not" category.
