Truth is that AA and the 12 steps they created is a very bad copy of Christian principles. They ripped off Christianity. The whole basis for their supposedly success is the one day at a time which Jesus himself is the author of, but AA takes credit.

I never understood how supposed Christians can approve of the 12 steps, when it is a bad copy of everything they hold dear.

I am no longer Christian, but either Christianity is true or it isn't. either way all Christians should know that the 12 steps is a copy of Jesus teachings and a very bad one at that.

so Truth is the freedom from freedom claims to be based on the 12 steps with Christian viewpoint. They need to understand that the 12 steps is a perversion of their beliefs.

A child asked, "Father, how shall we know what is right, and
what is wrong?"
And He replied, "Weigh it by it's fruits. If it gives a bad
fruit, then it is wrong, but if the fruit is good, then eat of it and be
happy."
"But Brother, what of a fruit that seems to be good, yet will
poison us slowly?" asked another.
And He answered, "If a man die of it, then it is an evil fruit.
Look you to the past, see the mistakes therein, and learn therefrom. And
beware those who would lead you into error thru their own need of power
over you; leave them to the trap of their own making."

Who is there to experience or enjoy "freedom from the bondage of the self"?

Incoherency in the first sentence or so doesn't usually commend a site to me.
