The question is difficult to understand, but it goes along with the use of lacquer finishes, they are hard to understand. You need lots of experimentation to be good at applying lacquer finishes. Humidity, temperature and the type of lacquer you are using is always different. The best I have used is called magnalac made by ML Campbell. use it right from the can, no additives, it is pre-catalysed. Only draw back, if you could call it one, it is designed and best used with HVLP spray system. It's a blind shot but hope this helps.
