once someone has been ordered by a judge to take an extended driving test can it ever be appealed against or can anything be done to get the order removed so a normal driving test can be taken!

i suggest you talk to a solicitor,you never know you may be able to appeal against it .

Every decision that is made by a judge can be appealed against in an effort to have it overturned. However this (more often than not) can be a very lengthy process and you may be simply better off (and quicker) sitting the test.

Generally speaking, no. Once the judge has issued the order, it stays in effect. You could hire an attorney and pay to have it revisited, but I suspect the outcome would remain the same, except your pocket book would be lighter.

The judge that imposed the order can vacate it. Or a judge higher up the appeals chain can reverse it.

It could be appealed against but in all probability cost and length of time for the appeal to be heard make it impractical to do so
