Let's see ...
He doesn't seem to give ideas much thought. He just says how things are supposed to be, end of discussion.
He doesn't even flinch at tortures and executions. He doesn't seem at all repulsed at bloodshed.
His world view is completely based on religion. He seems to have little interest in science or any intellectual endeavors.
He's not much for negotiating or compromise. You either agree with him or he attacks you.
Hmmmmmm ....
Who could that be?
Oh, my goodness! We've twice elected Muhammad to the presidency!

Depends which train of thought he's being reincarnated through.
Islam - He'd come back as someone important and probably rich for being a good guy and bringing about Islam.
Reincarnation (which ever train of thought this is) - Probably a bug for being a bad boy and spreading a faith that goes against said religion.

Depends on the lessons he failed to learn while he was here, Actually has had time to live many lives up to this point and could be just about anyone.

I don't believe in reincarnation, and never believed in anything muhammad said. But if there was such a thing I'd say a false prophet like he was before.

Oh he is back alright as a viper, and is committing atrocities today as he did in his beginning, and he has an army of terrorizing vipers to do his bidding, and you do not have to stretch your imagination on this murdering viper.

False prophet.
Rev 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
