It depends upon the area of which you are located! Many law enforcement agencies do NOT post websites with wanted individuals. Most often the State law enforcement agency website will if the person is considered one of the more wanted suspects. The best way to determine if someone is wanted would be to contact the local law enforcement agency within your area asking them!

I would try kern county's website lots of times they have warrant divisions on there

There is no site. Go down to the station and ask, but be prepared to be able to give your suspects social and/or DOB. Ongoing investigations of individuals aren't released to the public. For a reason I might add.
