I'm making lemon pie, and I'd like to use a frozen pie crust. Question is, can I just blind bake it frozen, or, should I wait for it to thaw out then blind bake it. Thanks in advance!

For best results -- crust should be cold before baking.
Directly from the Fridge or Freezer will both work.

You've reminded me I have lemons in my fridge's vegetable bin -- I'm gonna make a lemon pie too - Thanks !

Below is a link to general pre-baking pie crust info.

yes, if you really have a passion for baking, even if you are blind, you can do it with ease and expertise. you will find your way in
doing that.
