I recently purchase some 120"L silk drapes from Linen&Things, I ironed them before they were installed, but they actually look worst that out of the box, is there anything that will eliminate all those wrinkles?

Try steaming them. You can rent a hand held steamer, so you can steam the drapes while they are hanging.

Silk always has wrinkles even if you steam the drape I can assure you they wont go. It is an inherent property of the fabric.
