Now what do u mean by professinal? do u mean the type of paper, or the style of the photo. Yes there r plenty of online services. Try Mystic or even wal-mart i think u can upload image and then go to Wal-mart to p/u the images and the same goes for Mystic.

Pentax K110d from Photo Optix, £240. Not the worlds greatest DSLR, but not a bad one either, and it only costs compact camera money. It's 6MP resolution is plenty for A4 and A3 images, certainly way above what you need for the internet. This should leave you enough change for a memory card, some rechargable batteries and a basic tripod (if you have a calumet nearby go there for one of their own brand tripods, excellent value) The lens that comes with this camera is equivalent to a 28mm wide angle on a normal film SLR, you won't get anything wider for this kind of cash, not even on a compact, you may be able to pick up a cheap wider lens in a k-mount fit on ebay. The good thing with buying an SLR is that, as you have more cash to spend, you can augment rather than replacing your system.

Try Mpix.com. They are the consumer side of Miller and they do a great job. I use them for all of the photos I intend to display. They have reasonable prices and some of the best color accuracy I have found. They have some different paper options and use a totally separate paper for black & white photos. I highly recommend their service.
