That is like asking why black women lay out in the sun. Not everyone is a dark shade of ebony and most can be seen. That's really a "To Each His Own". Why do you care anyway? Look at the bright side, if they have a tattoo and it's not that noticable, they will never have to worry about having it removed or changed. That would make the darker ebonies of the work, smarter than the rest of us, lol.

Your an idiot! You may have to move in a little closer to see tattoos on some darker skins but you can see their tattoos. For the record honey - black comes in all shades...some shades are high yellow like my sons BUT tattoos are not just for light skinned people. Tattoos are equal opportunity and YOU need to come into the light.

every one is entitled to what ever they want to do. And look at some pics of celebs that are of a dif race you can see their tatoos look at 50 cent for instance. RACISIT
