When I bought a similar one it came with screws but why not ask to see it when you pick it up from the stores and confirm the screws are provided

even if they do they wont be up for the job you want to get some high quality fixings from someone like rawl, most diy shops sell them

i might use a sort of anchor bolt called "hollow anchor." it is the type the place you drill a hollow into brick or concrete and you insert the anchor bolt assembly. once you tighten the bolt, a wedge is going into the sleeve (anchor) and improve to shield itself to the concrete/brick. be careful to no longer tighten too plenty because it could crack the brick/concrete. that's confusing to describe, notwithstanding it is going to be tight, no longer blood vessle popping, tooth grinding, muscle spasming form of tight. while you're putting your total weight into it, you're doing it too plenty.
