Which of the following software damages system files? (.sys, etc..)?

which one leaves permanent damage to system, cause I can't reinstall Windows XP because of a missing system file. HELP PLZ!?

It could really be any one of those,

but a missing system file shouldn't stop you from reinstalling windows. (You're reinstalling it, therefore all the system files are being replaced anyway).

Sounds like you have major issues and you need to perform a destructive recovery.
