There's absolutely no evidence that the 30-or-so-day period in which you are born or the alignment of the planets at the moment of your birth has any predictive power about you or your life.

Horoscopes come in these two flavors:

ADVICE - stuff like "pay an old debt" or "focus on that big project". These are usually pretty generic and could for the most part be considered good advice for anyone on any day. If you've been contemplating doing that particular thing and the horoscope puts you over the top that could be a good thing. But you could probably take all the advice horoscopes for that day (not just the one for your sign) and find advice worthy of consideration.

PREDICTIVE - stuff like "you will have a reunion today" or "an accomplishment of yours will be recognized". Again very generic, very vague, very likely to be true (to some extent) for almost anyone on any day. You could be walking down the hall at work and see your friend who you haven't seen for a month and he says "thanks for sending me that report" and you've knocked off both the predictions.

The only evidence for astrology would be anecdotal. Suppose you read the "reunion" horoscope one day and then you are walking down the street and you see a childhood friend that you haven't seen for 30 years. That is going to make a big impression on you. You're much more likely to remember that than the numerous otehr days when you really had to stretch the interpretation of the prediction to have it be sorta kinda true. You're likely to remember that incident and you're likely to tell people about it. It's like if you flipped a coin and it landed on it's side. You will remember that a long time and tell people about it. You're memory of thousand of heads and thousands of tails is not likely to be so clear.

One aspect of astrology I find disturbing is this idea of incompatible signs. Ruling out a relationship with someone because of the month they were born in seems like a particular stupid idea.

Men nor women should have anything to do with it, A little story to tell you, & this is true, about 34 years ago I was putting out a garden, & this old lady let me use some of her land, That morning I went up there to plow her land up, & she had a little spot for her garden, well I went ahead & planted all I was going to plant, When I told her I was done, she had a fit, I thought i done something wrong, She told me that I have to plant by the SIGNS, of which I did not believe in, & guess what, I had the best garden in my whole life,

scriptually, no. We should not even consult horoscopes.

Deut 18:9-12; When you are entered into the land that your God is giving you, you must not learn to do according to the detestable things of those nations. There should not be found in you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, anyone who employs divination, a practicer of magic or anyone who looks for omens or a sorcerer, or one who binds others with a spell or anyone who consults a spirit medium or a professional foreteller of events or anyone who inquires of the dead. For everybody doing these things is something detestable to Jehovah, and on account of these detestable things he is driving them away from before you.

It's always wise to believe in things that are backed up with proof. Horoscopes can't.

NO , it's another "easy way of living" created by cunning humans. The birth time has nothing to do with your life. each and every minute humans were born in everywhere in the world. In a rural village in Africa or a posh villa in Europe.

Anyone can believe in anything. It's free will. Horror-scopes are ok if you like living in fear or misunderstanding
