In percentage i think that there is a company in Italy (in Pisa) in which the great part of workers are engineers. This company is one of the leading industries in the field of electric-magnetic and magneto-plasma-dynamic thrusters for satellites propulsion, this company is very small, about 50 people in total, but about 40 are engineers.
